Keona

A fish turned wish, Keona was a beta fish turned human by a wish from Shyna to have a friend. Shyna had found her on her travels and wished for her to be human. Keona is very quiet, much like a fish, she is prone to wander. She's easily startled. Like Shyna, she can manipulate water, but her power over wishes is very small as she was born by a selfish wish instead of the wish of many.
