After the explosion that separated Iashi into different people, Shyna ended up as a star, falling onto a planet and hitting a jellyfish, turning both her and the jellyfish into living beings. She is a moon jellyfish, or as she likes to call herself, a jellywish. Shyna got bored on the world she landed on and decided to create one of her own.
